When our estimate to cut to size exact dimensional pieces to match the existing neighborhood markers came in too far out of reach for the neighborhood association, we had to get creative. A local, 3rd generation, monument company with ties to the neighborhood had old TN Marble markers that had been sitting at their shop for a long time. These monuments were donated and we were able to cut them into the base and caps for these columns and then the shafts were constructed with standard TN Marble split face. It took quite a bit of juggling to arrive at a final plan, and the contractor who installed them also aided with creative installation solutions. All in all, they turned out beautiful and the neighborhood association is thrilled. Great to get to work with nice people with common goals in our local region, no matter how large or small the project.
